Jermaine began working with Vi in 2015 as a Maintenance Technician and shortly after was promoted to Engineering Supervisor. He was then promoted to Assistant Director of Engineering in 2022, and then took on the leadership role of Director of Engineering in 2023. He is proud of how Vi team members are treated, “I think that Vi not only shows they truly care, but they go above and beyond.”

Angela first joined Vi in 2015 as a Lifestyle Assistant. Since then, she’s been promoted to Lifestyle Coordinator, and then to her current role leading the Lifestyles team as director. Her team organizes events, activities, fitness, and transportation for our residents in support of our Living Well efforts. She shares about her job and advancement, “I’m so grateful for the opportunities to participate in Vi’s Management Development Program and Tuition Reimbursement.”

Edith has been part of the Vi team since 1998! She began as a dishwasher at our Naples community and worked her way through the ranks to her current position as a cook. Over those 25 years, Edith has countless memories and is most appreciative of the dedication team members show, “Everyone I’ve worked with over the years has been positive and hardworking. We work as a team. I honestly enjoy and love the company I work for.”
